Important Information

Always make sure the Sleepytroll is properly mounted.

Sleepytroll should be mounted vertically. Mounting at an angle will reduce the lifespan of the motor and will void the guarantee.

Remember to tighten the ladder strap tight using the big lever. Only the stroller should rock, not the Sleepytroll itself.

Best rocker

Bought this for my grandson after many other purchases failed. We have our fingers crossed this will last because he loves it. We’ve had it for about 2 weeks now and it hasn’t disappointed! It is so easy to move from crib, stroller, and bouncer!

Product was fine...

The product itself was fine, didn't work for us, but we learned the hard way how strict the return window is. We weren’t able to fully evaluate it within 30 days due to timing and planning our wedding, and after that there was no flexibility.

I’d recommend that future buyers make sure to test it early so they can make a decision within the return period. The product may be a good fit for some, but understanding the firmness of the policy upfront is important.

Great while it rocked, not once it stopped.

The short rocking duration meant that my baby would wake up as soon as the rocking would stop. The sense mode was also not sensitive enough for when my baby would start to stir resulting in an inevitably useless product. The only upside is that if I was at the park, I could stop walking and get an extra 40 minutes of him sleeping.

From your description, it sounds like you are referring to the Sleepytroll Baby Rocker Gen 1. About a year ago, we launched Gen 2, which was developed specifically to address the limitations you mention.

With Gen 2 and the Sleepytroll Connect app, it is now possible to use the rocker for up to 8 hours using different sleep programs, instead of the shorter rocking intervals. These sleep programs are designed to provide more continuous rocking and better support longer naps, both at home and on the go.

Excellent quality and genuinely effective

Sleepytroll has exceeded our expectations. The functionality is well thought out and easy to use, and it has been incredibly effective at helping our fussy baby settle and go back to sleep.
