What is included in the price?

Included in the price is one Sleepytroll Baby Rocker and a charger with international plug adapters.

We ship worldwide every business day from our storage and deliver within 1-3 business days

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE delivery within 1-3 business days when Sleepytroll Baby Rocker is purchased.

Do I have to pay duties & taxes on my order?

No, we ship to all countries including all charges for taxes and import costs included. Only customers in Russia will have to pay import duties upon receival of their order.

When will I receive my order?

We ship every business day from our storage worldwide and deliver within 1-3 business days in Europe and US. In any other country, delivery may take between 1-5 business days.

How do I track my order?

When your order is ready for shipping you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. You will be able to track your order as soon as it has shipped.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind??

You can cancel your order at any time before the item has been packed or dispatched by our warehouse. If the order has been dispatched and you still wish to cancel the order, we will arrange for the item to be returned and provide you with a refund less the initial shipping fee. 

What is your return policy?

If you for any reason are not satisfied with your Sleepytroll purchase, we offer you to return the product and a refund within 30 calendar days from the day the order is delivered. In case you do decide to return a shipping fee will be charged to you.

How do I return it?

Contact support@sleepytroll.com to receive a shipping label. Please include your order number and the email address that was used to place the order.

Is SleepyTroll certified?

Yes, Sleepytroll is CE and FCC certified. Sleepytroll is extensively safety tested by TÜV, a global product testing company.

Why does Sleepytroll flash red?

This is a safety function to avoid the Sleepytroll to be mounted wrong. Please mount the Sleepytroll in a vertical position and try again.

How do I reset the Sleepytroll?

The Sleepytroll may be reset by pushing and holding the + and - buttons for 5 seconds.

How do I return for repair/ replacement?

If you need to return your device for repair or replacement it’s important that you contact our support team and get your return approved. Please contact support@sleepytroll.com
