Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
You can cancel your order at any time before the item has been packed or dispatched by our warehouse. If the order has been dispatched and you still wish to cancel the order, we will arrange for the item to be returned and provide you with a refund less a 20 EUR / 10 GBP / 20 USD shipping fee.

When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver within 3 business days in Europe and 5 business days in rest of the world. Delays might occur take longer due to warehouse or carrier backlogs.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Are duties and customs fees included?
Yes, duties and custom fees are included (only customers in Russia will have to pay import duties upon receival of their order). Should you somehow still get a payment inquiry please contact our support staff and we will reimburse you.
Is shipping included in the price?
Yes, standard shipping is included on all orders. There are no additional taxes or fees added at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver within 3 business days in Europe and 5 business days in rest of the world. Please note that it might take longer due to warehouse or carrier backlogs.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use UPS, DHL or Royal Mail depending on the destination of the delivery.
Why was my order not delivered?
Sometimes customs mistakenly think Sleepytroll contains lithium batteries (which are considered dangerous goods) and will return the shipment. In these rare occasions we will contact you and resend the package.
Please also make sure that your address and contact information is correctly written as the carriers will refuse deliveries to an address that is not registered to your name.
Incomplete deliveries
If there is anything missing from your order we require you to immediately notify our support team
and take a photograph of the content as they were presented to you.
RETURNS / DEFECTS
My Sleepytroll is not working properly. What should I do?
Firstly, you can try reset by pushing the + and – button for 5 seconds until they blink. If this does not work you can submit a request to our support team.
Please include the LOT number (found on the bottom of your Sleepytroll), a description of the issue, a video and/or photo showing the issue and information on when and where it was purchased.
Please note that all reclaims need to be directed to the shop where
the product is purchased.
The battery life on my Sleepytroll is reduced. Can it be fixed?
The battery life of Sleepytroll will be shorter when used in cold weather, and will also, like other electronical products, be somewhat reduced with long-term use. If your Sleepytroll has a green light after charging for less than 2 hours, please leave it in the charger for 2 full hours.
I have lost my charger. Can I buy a new one?
The Gen 2 is compatible with a USB-C cable, which is widely available at most electronics retailers. If you need a replacement charger for the original version (black and blue), please submit a request here
I would like to return my product. How do I get started?
To begin a return, please review our Return Policy. If your order meets the return criteria, contact our support team at support@sleepytroll.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll then provide you with a return label and further instructions.

Return windows and conditions vary by region.
A return fee of 20 EUR / 10 GBP / 20 USD will be deducted to cover part of the return shipping cost.

Does Sleepytroll work for all babies?
Sleepytroll is a wonderful sleeping aid, but it does not work on all babies. Does your baby like being in the stroller or crib, and like being rocked? Then chances are it will work wonders! Keep in mind that we have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee should your baby somehow not be seduced by our rocking motions 😉
How do I use the Sleepytroll correctly?
The Sleepytroll should always be mounted vertically, as mounting it in any other ways will put excessive pressure on the motor and void the legal guarantee.
It is also important to tighten the strap, as the stroller/car seat/crib should be moving, not the Sleepytroll.
Close charger port when charging is finished. Sleepytroll can be used in temperatures from -10C/14F
to 35C/95F. Please read the manual for information on the correct storage when storing over time.
Do the Bed Rocker Feet work on my crib?
Bed Rocker Feet works on cribs with wooden legs that are not heavier than 22kg/48,5lbs (excluding the weight of mattress, beddings, and baby).
How do I install the Bed Rocker Feet?
You would need to drill 3mm holes in the wooden legs. Please see our tutorial here
Do I need Bed Rocker Feet and an Adapter to rock my crib or cot?
Is your baby’s bed already rockable by hand? Then you might not need the Bed Rocker Feet. Is there somewhere to add the Sleepytroll vertically (important!) on the bed? Then you might not need the Bed Adapter. However, if you are not able to rock the bed by hand and there is nowhere to hang Sleepytroll vertically on the bed you would need both.
How do I take care of my Sleepytroll?
When not in use, remove the charger from the wall and store the product in a dry place out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
When storing the product for long periods, be sure to charge at least twice a year to prevent deterioration in performance due to self-discharging and choose a storage area where the temperature is between +10ºC and +30ºC. Clean the product with a cloth dampened with water only. Do not use soap or chemicals on the cloth.
Is Sleepytroll certified?
Yes, Sleepytroll is CE, FCC, RCM and ISED certified. Sleepytroll is extensively safety tested by TÜV, a global product testing company.
Will rocking my stroller with Sleepytroll Baby Rocker void my stroller’s warranty?
No. Sleepytroll is designed to mimic the movement of a parent rocking and will not void your stroller’s guarantee.
How do I properly store my Sleepytroll over time?
When not in use, remove the charger from the wall and store the product in a dry place out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
When storing the product for long periods, be sure to charge at least twice a year to prevent deterioration in performance due to self-discharging
and choose a storage area where the temperature is between +10ºC and +30ºC.
To restore battery to original performance, repeat several cycles of charging and discharging (run product at maximum effect on an empty pram until the batteries are flat).
Will the Bouncer Adaptor work on my bouncer seat?
The Sleepytroll Bouncer Adaptor fits most traditional baby bouncer
designs with round tubular surrounding frames (like the Babybjörn Bouncer).
